1. Translate global brand strategy into market-specific plans to enhance awareness, desirability, and client engagement.
2. Collaborate with Panerai HQ and Richemont UK leadership to develop and implement long-term growth strategies across all channels.
3. Identify opportunities to maximize market potential in the UK.
4. Provide thought leadership within Panerai and Richemont UK to shape the future of the brand.
5. Manage financial KPIs including sales, EBIT, cash, inventory, CAPEX, and working capital.
6. Lead a data-driven commercial strategy across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
7. Exceed channel-specific metrics such as sell-in/sell-out, market share, and client KPIs.
8. Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and client-centric team culture.
9. Support employee development through performance management, mentoring, and succession planning.
10. Drive seamless integration across physical and digital channels to enhance client experience.
11. Oversee boutique operations and retail excellence, including visual merchandising and client service.
12. Ensure robust risk management in collaboration with Richemont Legal.
13. Build and execute regionally relevant marketing strategies aligned with global brand guidelines.
14. Lead PR, media, events, and digital activations to drive brand visibility and client engagement.
15. Serve as the main liaison between Panerai HQ, Richemont UK, and shared service teams.
16. Represent Panerai externally with landlords, vendors, and key industry stakeholders.
17. Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
18. Develop relationships across the luxury sector to build a pipeline of top industry talent.

1. Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in general management, brand leadership, and commercial roles in luxury goods or a related industry.
3. 10+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
4. Deep expertise in retail and omnichannel strategy, client development, and operations.
5. Experience in a matrixed, multi-brand global organization preferred.
