1. Develop and implement a procurement strategy aligned with the Maison's objectives.
2. Manage relationships with existing material suppliers and identify new suppliers to support brand development.
3. Optimize procurement processes and supplier KPIs focusing on quality, cost, and delivery.
4. Oversee planning, procurement, and logistics to ensure material availability in workshops.
5. Anticipate and communicate potential disruptions, proposing solutions proactively.
6. Lead production planning and management to ensure timely and quality delivery of finished products.
7. Coordinate with development teams to plan new product introductions.
8. Ensure adherence to quality, cost, and timeline objectives before production.
9. Guarantee product quality across leather goods, accessories, and other items.
10. Manage the quality control process throughout all production phases.
11. Organize necessary tests to ensure product quality.
12. Develop and lead action plans in case of quality deviations.
13. Oversee after-sales service processes and track repairs.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 from an engineering school or similar.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in production within the leather goods sector.

1. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
2. Proven leadership and excellent communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in IT systems, particularly PowerBi.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
