Montblanc Wholesale Sales Executive

- Monitor and optimize existing distribution networks in Hong Kong and Macau, including sell-in and sell-out, merchandising, and display.
- Define and implement yearly action plans for each dealer.
- Assist in maintaining and expanding the distribution network to ensure comprehensive brand representation.
- Negotiate new opportunities with current and potential business partners in alignment with brand strategy.
- Conduct regular point-of-sale visits to gather client and product feedback and engage staff in training.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to conduct sales analysis and optimize sales potential.
- Execute sales activation plans and coordinate promotional activities with the Marketing team.
- Ensure compliance with the brand's Visual Merchandising standards across the network.
- Identify, develop, and secure corporate gifting sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for the corporate gifting segment.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients and partners.
- Ensure high standards of product presentation and service at points of sale.
- Communicate commercially with clients to maximize orders and maintain stock levels.
- Monitor client stock levels and manage records of sales, delivery status, and backorders.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure smooth ordering and payment processes.
- Conduct training on brand history, product knowledge, and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage the corporate gifting sales cycle, including proposal development and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized gifting solutions.
- Implement activation plans for key points of sale and coordinate with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Prepare regular sell-through and sales flash reports for management review.
- Maintain an up-to-date distribution plan detailing accounts, doors, and sales per door.
- Ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Undergraduate degree or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale business or sales in the watch/jewelry industry or equivalent
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Team player
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale business or sales-related roles within the watch or jewelry industry.
Undergraduate degree or higher
