Montblanc Sales Consultant

- Greet and advise customers on product selections.
- Provide exemplary customer service and handle after-sales services.
- Process returns, exchanges, and manage customer complaints.
- Handle cash and card payments, ensuring accuracy.
- Build and maintain a customer database and foster loyalty.
- Achieve personal sales and KPI targets.
- Adhere to company policies to maintain service and standards.
- Support in-store events and lead by example.
- Prepare merchandise for sale and assist in display setup.
- Manage stock control and maintain store cleanliness.
- Attach price tags and ensure security within the store.
- Gift wrap and requisition special orders for clients.
- Previous successful experience within the luxury environment.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Ambitious personality with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual proficiency with excellent verbal and written English.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in group problem-solving situations.
- Understanding of business sales strategy and profitability orientation.
Candidates must have previous successful experience within the luxury environment, demonstrating a proven track record in sales.
Public Speaking course/s preferred.
