- Provide exceptional customer service and sales at Montblanc boutiques.
- Manage repair reception and operational tasks.
- Engage in external sales activities, including events and exhibitions.
- Maintain customer information and inventory management.
- Execute in-store displays and product arrangement changes.
- Experience in luxury goods, jewelry, watches, or leather sales.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales and customer service.
- Ability to build trustful relationships with customers and adapt flexibly.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a compassionate approach in a diverse environment.
- Fluency in English for customer interactions is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service within the luxury goods sector.
