3. Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld.

5. Maintain and update customer database, ensuring professional handling of client communications.
6. Manage customer repairs and ensure timely communication and follow-up.
7. Prepare and update sales information, sending daily reports to management.
8. Participate in product knowledge training and complete weekly training tasks.

1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong customer service orientation.
3. Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
