1. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
2. Process product exchanges and maintain inventory control.
3. Assist in visual merchandising to uphold the boutique's aesthetic standards.
4. Ensure compliance with retail processes to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
5. Record sales transactions accurately and manage inventory using the SOVIA tool.
6. Establish and maintain strong client relationships using the authorized Montblanc application.
7. Provide high-level customer service, addressing client requests and complaints promptly.
8. Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
9. Manage customer communications professionally, including text messaging and repair follow-ups.
10. Assist VIP clients and prospect new customers, aligning with CRM objectives.
11. Prepare and update sales reports for management review.
12. Participate in all training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement skills.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
