Montblanc Sales Associate

- Achieve sales targets by monitoring individual and boutique sales goals and identifying opportunities to gain new clients and increase sales.
- Demonstrate impeccable product knowledge and engage clients with appropriate products and collections.
- Provide exemplary customer service and manage the ASS inventory.
- Handle VIP customers, develop long-term client relationships, and convert prospective clients into buyers.
- Maintain and update the customer database in accordance with CRM standards, ensuring data quality.
- Ensure correct visibility inside and outside the boutique.
- Adhere to boutique security and loss prevention procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory controls and random stock checks.
- Manage goods-in receipt, stocking, and transfers of goods.
- Develop expertise in a selected product category and regularly share knowledge with team members.
- 5+ years of experience in a retail business environment or luxury brand business.
- Background in retail or hospitality with an affinity for luxury.
- Passion for the Maison, its history, and culture.
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
- Proactivity in sales and customer engagement.
- Excellent selling skills.
- Exemplary team working spirit.
- Strong communication skills with clients, boutique team, head office management, suppliers, and partners.
- In-depth knowledge of the product portfolio.
- Competence with till systems (SAP, GK), Sales Force, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in another language is an asset.
A minimum of 5 years in a retail or luxury brand business environment is required.
