1. Achieve individual sales objectives and targets.
2. Develop and maintain a robust network and clientele.
3. Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
4. Demonstrate strong product knowledge across various Montblanc collections.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
6. Acquire a working knowledge of basic pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
7. Ensure the store maintains its aesthetic quality.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, with a preference for jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail with multitasking capabilities.
6. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.
7. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, reach, bend, and occasionally use a ladder.

Expected hourly range: $21-$24/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
