1. Achieve individual and collective sales targets to contribute to the boutique's success.
2. Process product exchanges and maintain inventory control to uphold operational standards.
3. Assist in the visual merchandising of the boutique to enhance the customer experience.
4. Ensure compliance by accurately recording sales transactions.
5. Utilize the SOVIA tool for inventory execution and reporting.
6. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through the authorized Montblanc application.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client requests and complaints.
8. Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
9. Professionally handle client communications, including text messages.
10. Manage customer repairs, ensuring accurate records and timely communication with clients.
11. Assist VIP customers and prospect new clients to meet CRM objectives.
12. Prepare and update sales information, sending daily reports to managers.
13. Report on visual merchandising guidelines and support operational processes for positive audit results.
14. Participate in training to become an expert in product knowledge and engage customers effectively.
