1. Possess a BAC+2 (level 5) or BAC (level 4) with a minimum of 2 years of successful retail experience.
2. Demonstrate a genuine interest in customer experience and luxury retail.
3. Exhibit a strong commitment to joining an exceptional luxury house in a dynamic environment.

BAC+2 (level 5) or BAC (level 4)

Opportunity to join one of the Richemont Group's houses for 12 months with an alternating work-study contract. Preparation for a state-recognized certification 'Commercial Development Manager in Fashion, Luxury, Beauty' at level 6 (Bac +3). Active and participative training delivered by professionals, including expert workshops created and led by Richemont Group collaborators.
