- Achieve individual sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain a robust client network.
- Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across various collections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Acquire skills in basic pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
- Maintain the boutique's aesthetic standards.
- Open and close the boutique as required.
- Communicate with the corporate office in the absence of management.
- Ensure adherence to loss prevention protocols.
- Handle product transfers in the absence of management.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Previous experience in retail sales, with a preference for jewelry or luxury products.

Expected hourly range: $24-$28/hr. Salary determined based on skills and experience.
