1. Oversee digital merchandising strategy to align featured products with commercial goals and inventory availability.
2. Conduct product and assortment analysis to identify key drivers and optimization opportunities.
3. Lead execution of seasonal and promotional campaigns across the site.
4. Support lower-funnel media activation in coordination with global and agency teams.
5. Implement CRM campaigns across email and SMS, ensuring alignment with regional priorities.
6. Monitor and analyze key traffic and conversion metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
7. Deliver performance insights across site engagement, category performance, and CRM metrics.
8. Lead and develop the Ecommerce Operations Manager to execute backend updates and content publishing.
9. Collaborate with Client Relations Center to align on service priorities for featured campaigns.
10. Ensure timely updates of site inventory, pricing, and product setup for launches.
11. Support platform and warehouse migration project across testing and go-live coordination.

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or CRM, preferably in luxury or premium retail.

1. Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP), CRM tools, and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, Excel).
2. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to define recommendations.
3. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
4. Superb organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

A minimum of 7 years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or CRM, with a preference for experience in luxury or premium retail.

Expected salary range: $110k-130k, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
