1. Oversee P&L management and execute the retail strategy to meet sales objectives across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
2. Collaborate with the Brand Regional Office on strategic initiatives to enhance brand value in local markets.
3. Lead and motivate teams to optimize performance and deliver results.
4. Manage relationships with landlords and partner closely with Richemont support functions.
5. Accountable for DTC sales budgets and implement merchandising, incentives, and action plans.
6. Develop initiatives for training, coaching, and incentives to elevate client service standards.
7. Work cross-functionally with CRM, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Events to drive boutique performance.
8. Plan and monitor monthly sales targets, analyzing data to support business improvements.
9. Define and ensure the delivery of training programs for frontline teams.
10. Monitor staff performance, set key performance indicators, and review performance metrics regularly.
11. Facilitate efficient operations in line with brand standards and group compliance.
12. Support the Communications team in planning and implementing brand communication strategies.
13. Represent the brand in respective markets, maintaining the highest standards.
14. Develop and manage both frontline and office teams, fostering an entrepreneurial environment.

1. 10 years of market experience in brand management and/or retail.
2. Proven success in team management and motivation.
3. Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
