Montblanc Boutique Manager

- Maximize boutique turnover and profitability.
- Generate sales both inside and outside the boutique, including presentations to VIP clients.
- Manage discounts and control general expenses within the boutique.
- Conduct performance analysis, develop KPIs, and perform SWOT analysis for the boutique.
- Set KPIs and targets for the team and manage their personal development.
- Motivate, monitor, and appraise team performance.
- Integrate and train new Sales Associates.
- Support the Retail Director in the recruitment process.
- Serve as the main contact for boutique-related requests.
- Adhere strictly to Richemont and Montblanc retail procedures.
- Optimize stock management, including replenishment, rotation, and inventory.
- Ensure proper execution and timely delivery of boutique reports.
- Maintain the boutique and implement security concepts.
- Execute promotions and incentives at the boutique level.
- Define objectives and support marketing activities in collaboration with the Retail Director.
- Develop and implement a merchandising concept.
- Ensure excellence at the point of sale and control display quality in coordination with the Visibility Manager.
- Coach boutique teams and monitor their self-learning progress in coordination with the Sales Trainer.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management.
