1. Support the development and implementation of the regional Talent & Learning strategy, aligning with regional and global objectives.
2. Conduct thorough skills assessments and needs analyses to identify critical skill gaps and development opportunities.
3. Lead the design, development, and facilitation of a diverse learning calendar, ensuring high-quality content delivery.
4. Collaborate with global and regional teams and engage with external vendors to curate and deliver high-quality learning content.
5. Establish and implement robust evaluation methods for all learning programs and initiatives.
6. Champion a dynamic, feedback-driven learning culture, promoting participative learning and growth initiatives.
7. Drive regional talent investment strategies and programs, focusing on upskilling and leadership advancement.
8. Collaborate with HR teams to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline within the region.
9. Identify and nurture high-potential talent, providing targeted development opportunities.
10. Manage the L&D and Talent Development budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
11. Provide responsive support for various HR and business initiatives, including ad-hoc projects.

1. 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a similar HR function.
2. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs.
3. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

1. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
2. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
3. Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
4. Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, with a focus on training and program delivery.
