1. 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in wine and spirits, FMCG, or luxury goods sectors.
2. Proven experience with regional recruiting strategies and execution.
3. Proficiency in proactive talent mapping and market insights presentation.
4. Familiarity with assessment tools and systems, including ATS and HRIS.
5. Demonstrated ability to enhance recruiting processes.
6. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
7. Experience in leading recruitment projects and sharing best practices.
