- Lead a portfolio-wide trade marketing team with a focus on consumer and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement new trade marketing models in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
- Translate brand strategy into commercial brand standards and tactical guidelines.
- Create core brand commercial program ideas, incorporating consumer insights and distribution strategies.
- Overhaul POSM approach and investment, creating strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Manage the internal resources platform, providing annual performance reports and initiating site updates.
- Oversee the creation of promotional pack resources and ensure alignment with brand timelines.
- Collaborate on the re-introduction of the Product Information Management Platform.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of marketing or creative marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods or luxury environments.
- Strong business and commercial strategy experience.
- Experience within the beverage alcohol and three-tier system.
- Broad, enterprise thinking with the ability to propose solutions for efficiency.
- Disruptive and innovative mindset, comfortable with challenging norms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital platforms.
- Excellent planning, organization, and project management capabilities.
A minimum of 7 years in marketing or creative marketing within consumer-packaged goods or luxury sectors is required.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
