Moët Hennessy Regional Sales Manager

- Ensure the implementation of national distributor agreements (DCHD) and drive sales to meet set objectives.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key distributor stakeholders, including management, sales leaders, and commercial teams.
- Coordinate national and local commercial actions, ensuring alignment between MHF South/South-East commercial teams and distributor sales forces.
- Recommend and execute local initiatives to boost sales.
- Lead local negotiations in collaboration with the Key Account DCHD and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Support the development of preferential markets through close collaboration with field teams.
- Analyze distributor performance and provide regular reports.
- Manage allocated budgets and drive identified growth levers.
- Assist Sector Managers in strategic negotiations.
- Act as the primary contact for major regional clients, conducting regular meetings and development planning.
- Conduct active competitive intelligence and share insights with regional and national teams.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure collective performance.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally in distribution, in a similar or equivalent role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commercial acumen.
- Client-focused with a results-driven mindset.
- Organized, meticulous, and analytical with a proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of the CHR sector and CHD distributor environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
