1. Assist the Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Prepare and update project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action logs.
3. Support coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.
4. Support in the development of communication materials.
5. Monitor project progress and highlight risks or delays to the project team for timely resolution.
6. Conduct research, interviews, and data analysis to support decision-making and improve project outcomes.
7. Perform various administrative duties to support the PMO.
8. Coordinate and organize Talent and Learning related meetings, events, and projects.

1. Undergraduate with a background in project management.
