Moët Hennessy Private Client Manager

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
- Identify, recruit, and manage a personal list of private clients through personal and professional networks.
- Collaborate with regional Diageo teams to enhance brand understanding and promote bespoke spirits.
- Organize and host exclusive events and tastings to engage clients and showcase luxury brands.
- Adhere to pricing guidelines and coordinate product offers for clients.
- Achieve sales targets and operating profit for the Diageo Private portfolio.
- Manage client engagement and efficiently deploy the advertising and promotion budget.
- Evaluate contracts to improve sales efficiency and ensure collection targets are met.
- Follow internal procedures and compliance guidelines to protect client data.
- Coordinate supply chain processes with MHD Malaysia and Diageo Supply chain teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and client relationship management.
- Existing personal network of HNWIs and UHNWIs is highly advantageous.
- Proven luxury selling skillset and mindset.
- Strong business acumen and ability to close sales through relationship building.
- Understanding of the luxury or private banking industry.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Client-focused with high emotional intelligence.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent networking, influencing, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and client relationship management, preferably within the luxury sector.
