- Control and manage monthly payroll input, ensuring data accuracy and precision.
- Reconcile and analyze payroll reports, providing initial validation.
- Assist with audit and control of month-end processes.
- Maintain payroll updates in alignment with HR systems.
- Respond to ad-hoc payroll queries.
- Assist with annual social reporting and gender pay gap reporting.
- Support VISA applications, background checks, and right-to-work screenings for new hires.
- Facilitate LVMH international mobility processes.
- Maintain and update MHUK HR intranet pages.
- Administer employee benefits including private medical and dental insurance, cycle to work scheme, and income protection.
- Manage starter, leaver, and changes to benefits memberships.
- Maintain pension contribution files and submissions.
- Respond to ad-hoc benefits queries and support communication of UK benefits.
- Manage vendor setup and payments, ensuring compliance with UK employment regulations.
- Code payroll and reward-related invoices, ensuring timely payments and vendor liaison.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Experience with SD Worx or similar payroll systems.
- Familiarity with SAP Success Factors or other HR systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel (VLOOKUP / Pivot tables).
- Highly numerical with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of working under pressure and independently.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Interest in developing HR, payroll, benefits, and compensation knowledge.
Minimum of 3 years in payroll processing and benefits administration.
