Moët Hennessy Junior Market Manager

- Support the preparation and execution of marketing activations in ON and OFF premise trade channels.
- Coordinate with agencies and suppliers for brand activities and events.
- Monitor and manage budgets using internal CRM tools.
- Implement customer events in alignment with sales and marketing guidelines.
- Conduct product training for customers and consumers.
- Supervise and report on KPIs and competitor activities.
- Ensure brand visibility and merchandising guidelines are followed at store level.
- Assist in the commercial implementation of brand strategies.
- Handle daily requests from the Sales team, including product sheets and visuals.
- Update marketing support files and POS material lists.
- Support digital brand activities and evaluate social media engagement.
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Manage administrative tasks such as Purchase Orders and invoices.
- Prepare data-driven marketing reports with best practices.
- Order materials for PR events and support organizational tasks.
- Fulfill press requests and organize press trips.
- Prepare clipping summaries and manage ad-hoc tracking reports.
- Master’s degree in international marketing, communication, or business.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales within FMCG, preferably in Wine & Spirits or Luxury.
- Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
- French nationality is required for VIE in Switzerland.
- Strong organizational and rigorous approach.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to change.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality.
At least one previous experience in marketing or sales, ideally within the Wine & Spirits or Luxury industry.
Master’s degree in international marketing, communication, or business.
