1. Lead and monitor the Group Onboarding Process harmonization project, collaborating with Moët Hennessy and LVMH counterparts.
2. Assist in preparing and organizing social relations activities, including scheduling meetings and consolidating documents.
3. Support the Compensation & Benefits team with social reporting, budget tracking, and data consolidation.
4. Participate in various HR transformation projects across the company.

1. Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources.

1. Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
2. Ability to maintain perspective and eagerness to learn.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
6. English proficiency is advantageous.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Final year student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources.
