1. Design and implement comprehensive communication plans to support internal communications and stakeholder engagement.
2. Craft and distribute engaging content for internal platforms, social media, newsletters, and executive communications.
3. Organize employee events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and strategic use of time.
5. Coordinate complex travel itineraries for the Managing Director, visiting executives, and VIPs.
6. Utilize AI tools to capture meeting minutes and follow up on action points.
7. Implement and manage efficient filing systems and databases to safeguard critical information.

1. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with attention to detail.
3. Experience with content creation across video, audio, and text formats.
4. Proficiency in using AI tools and new technologies for meeting efficiencies.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong understanding of internal communication channels.
3. Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in other Asian languages is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
