Moët Hennessy Compliance Manager

- Serve as the local expert on brand labeling and packaging compliance for Moët Hennessy USA.
- Oversee label review, COLA submissions, and TTB filings, including formula and COLA waivers.
- Manage state filings, including registrations, renewals, and distributor assignments.
- Coordinate compliance document requests from Global Maisons and Brand Teams.
- Monitor regulatory and policy developments in collaboration with the Public Affairs department.
- Anticipate and implement new regulatory requirements, such as EPR and Organic Certification.
- Ensure accurate and accessible compliance data collection and maintenance.
- Manage relationships with outside counsel and vendors for complex compliance issues.
- Develop and update KPI measurements to reflect compliance activities and performance.
- Educate stakeholders on compliance matters and maintain a library of compliance manuals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to support company strategy.
- Foster collaboration with other departments to enhance operational value.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment of departmental and company goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in Compliance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations within the U.S. wines and spirits industry.
- Strong understanding of the three-tier system at Federal and State levels.
- Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to communicate and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Project implementation skills.
- Agility and professionalism in adapting to changing parameters.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Compliance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations within the U.S. wines and spirits industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
