Moët Hennessy Commercial Planning Assistant

- Assist the sales team in commercial planning for the Off-Trade channel, including Grocery, FWM, Specialists, C&C, Convenience, and E-business.
- Serve as the primary contact for commercial investment creation and amendments.
- Support the sales team in creating new customer profiles in SAP.
- Collaborate with the commercial planning partner to ensure accuracy in volume, price, and FTT forecasts.
- Update and maintain forecast accuracy and variance dashboards using Power BI, providing key stakeholders with insightful commentary.
- Drive data collection, reporting, and analysis for stock and depletion management.
- Process weekly data from mass-retail customers and manage BI tools with relevant commentary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Off-Trade dashboards in Power BI.
- Support end-of-year stock management for key mass retail customers.
- Act as the main contact for allocation management, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams.
- Assist in the administration of planning tools such as Anaplan, Aspire, and Power BI.
- Consolidate data for key commercial reports.
- Develop expertise in BI tools and train stakeholders on business concepts and data analysis.
- Conduct analysis for key stakeholders in Sales and Marketing.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Experience in systems and data management within a commercial environment is advantageous.
- Understanding of P&L and value chain dynamics.
- Interest in the Wines & Spirits industry is beneficial.
- Proficient in Excel, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and SUMIFS; VBA knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and listening skills; team-oriented.
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning abilities.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, autonomous, and proactive.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Quick learner.
Beginner level experience in a commercial environment, preferably with exposure to data management and analysis.
Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
