1. Conduct public and private tours of the cellars and vineyards.
2. Promote and convey the brand's high-end image.
3. Manage visitor reception and ticketing operations.
4. Deliver engaging and accessible presentations to diverse visitor groups.
5. Ensure visitor safety during tours and manage any operational issues.
6. Coordinate visitor flow to audiovisual presentations.
7. Handle phone and email inquiries.
8. Coordinate tour schedules with the back office.
9. Process payments and manage daily cash operations.
10. Handle administrative tasks including billing and payment tracking.
11. Participate in enhancing the visitor experience and wine tastings.
12. Assist in boutique sales activities.
13. Stay informed about brand and company updates to personalize visitor experiences.

1. Bac + 2 / 3 in Tourism or equivalent, or a Guide Lecturer diploma.
2. Fluency in French, English, and Dutch.

Bac + 2 / 3 in Tourism or equivalent, or a Guide Lecturer diploma.

Work schedule includes weekends and holidays with two consecutive days off per week. Occasional travel required.
