1. Act as an ambassador of Maison Mercier, conveying its values, heritage, ambitions, and creativity.
2. Advise local and international clientele on champagne selections during tastings.
3. Conduct and animate tastings, promoting and serving wines while sharing the stories of the Maison.
4. Maintain the sommelier area, including glass management, service accessory upkeep, and cleanliness.
5. Ensure customer well-being and provide memorable experiences in collaboration with colleagues and the Visitor Center Manager.
6. Assist clients in the boutique and promote product sales.
7. Manage stock, inventory, and the organization of the tasting area.
8. Participate in linen management and event representation.
9. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations regarding food, alcohol, and tobacco consumption.
10. Report any safety or accident risks to management.

Interim contract for 8 months based in Epernay.
