- Animate and manage Moët & Chandon's social media communities in collaboration with internal partners.
- Develop monthly editorial calendars with the English-speaking editor.
- Monitor daily moderation and community management in collaboration with internal partners.
- Create and implement social media guidelines and best practices globally and in various markets.
- Follow the annual social media content creation plan, participate in creative briefs, and coordinate the organization of shoots with teams.
- Manage the preparation and delivery of content to markets and oversee format adaptations for different uses.
- Track local and global influencer activations, from profile identification to performance analysis and insights.
- Participate in organizing influencer events in Champagne.
- Assist various markets with daily social media inquiries and needs.
- Compile quarterly reports for the Marketing & Communication team, highlighting social media and digital trends in the wine, spirits, and luxury industries.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication
