CRM Assistant Internship

- Contribute to the development of the annual CRM communication calendar.
- Create newsletter content, including visuals and text, in collaboration with internal teams and ensure delivery to key markets.
- Manage end-to-end newsletter campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including construction, testing, targeting, and scheduling.
- Assist in defining and implementing new consumer journeys such as welcome, birthday, and retention programs.
- Participate in key brand launches and the development of associated CRM plans.
- Consolidate CRM communication plans from key markets through monthly calls and validate market-developed newsletters.
- Collaborate with local teams to support CRM action plan implementation, focusing on both engagement and acquisition.
- Respond to ad hoc market requests, such as creating data collection forms.
- Monitor CRM campaign performance, consolidate market performance data, analyze KPIs, and propose optimizations.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance future campaign KPIs.
- Perform periodic benchmarking on CRM best practices and innovations.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business school or equivalent, seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Autonomous and proactive, capable of coordinating various stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Ideally, has a first experience of 6 months in digital marketing, particularly in CRM.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Analytical skills for performance monitoring and optimization.
Entry-level experience, ideally with a 6-month background in digital marketing and CRM.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business or a related field.
