- Regularly update training materials in collaboration with Marketing, Oenology, and the central MH education team.
- Collaborate with agencies for the creation of training content and tools.
- Support the Brand Education Manager during internal and external presentations.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of training tools, both digital and in-person.
- Draft and disseminate communications regarding Brand Education to markets.
- Support the development of the Brand Education strategy.
- Propose and contribute to the implementation of approved educational materials.
- Identify and collect brand content to structure educational elements for training seminars.
- Contribute to the evolution of brand experiences to incorporate brand messages.
- Monitor E&T activities and provide feedback.
- Conduct active monitoring of training activities within other maisons, including other sectors such as cosmetics and fashion.
- Master's degree from a business school or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong interest in the wine industry, particularly Champagne, with a curiosity for trends and a sensitivity to luxury.
- Excellent public speaking skills.
- Attention to detail, humility, proactivity, teamwork ability, strong interpersonal skills, and organizational aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe/creative tools.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Master's degree from a business school or equivalent.
