1. Serve as a brand ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category department.
2. Manage and motivate the department team to meet sales targets and deliver an extraordinary client service experience.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and foster cross-selling among product categories.
4. Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
5. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
6. Drive the team to exceed their KPIs and stay updated on market trends, sharing insights with relevant functions.
7. Foster e-commerce channel development.
8. Strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities and acquiring new local customers.
9. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures.
10. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
11. Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through morning briefings.
12. Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department, supporting product and collection training needs.
13. Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
14. Ensure the visual presentation of the department and effective back-of-house organization.
15. Protect company assets and ensure staff grooming standards.

1. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are desirable.
