1. Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
2. Exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall store success.
3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
4. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM system to foster personalized relationships.
5. Promote an Omni Channel approach to sales and customer service.
6. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage and advise clients effectively.
7. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client services.
8. Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury shopping experience.
9. Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
10. Collaborate with Back of House operations to maintain an organized stock room.
11. Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, and inventory.
12. Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication.

1. Previous experience in a luxury or premium brand environment.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
