1. Serve as an ambassador for Maison Mercier, conveying its values, heritage, and creativity to visitors.
2. Advise local and international clientele on champagne selections during tastings.
3. Conduct and animate tastings, promoting and serving wines while sharing the Maison's stories.
4. Maintain the sommelier station, including glassware management, service accessory upkeep, and cleanliness of service areas.
5. Ensure visitor satisfaction by identifying desires and offering memorable experiences in collaboration with colleagues and the Visit Center Manager.
6. Assist clients in the boutique and facilitate product sales.
7. Manage stock, inventory, and the organization of the tasting and 'By the Glass' areas.
8. Participate in linen management, including setup and replenishment.
9. Stay informed on industry trends and news.
10. Lead internal and external representation events as needed.
11. Adhere to and enforce food safety and alcohol consumption regulations.
12. Report any safety or accident risks to management.
