4. Manage the sommelier area, including glassware, service accessories, and cleanliness.
5. Ensure client satisfaction by identifying desires and providing memorable experiences.
6. Accompany clients in the boutique and assist in product sales.
7. Maintain strong client relationships for long-term loyalty.
8. Oversee stock management, inventory, and organization of tasting areas.
9. Participate in linen management and event representation.
10. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations regarding food and alcohol consumption.
11. Report any safety or accident risks to management.
