- Deliver a unique customer experience and address boutique and visitor center challenges as a team.
- Convey the Maison's values, heritage, ambitions, and creativity to visitors.
- Advise French and international clientele on product categories and introduce them to the Maison's universe.
- Provide excellent service, develop deep customer knowledge, and identify client desires.
- Adapt to each client and situation in a constantly evolving environment.
- Take initiatives to meet or exceed objectives and tackle collective challenges with the team.
- Ensure client well-being and propose memorable experiences in collaboration with colleagues and the boutique manager.
- Research information, find solutions, and ensure clients are never left waiting.
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) development.
- Participate in inventory, stock replenishment, and organization.
- Manage administrative tasks related to shipments.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and assist with merchandising changes.
- Stay informed about sector news.
- Control cash flow and manage cash registers according to existing procedures.
- Perform occasional tasks such as ticket sales, guided tours in multiple languages, and roles related to public relations or sommelier duties.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury hospitality
- Fluent in French and English, with a third language being advantageous
