1. Take full ownership of all tailoring activities, including alterations, repairs, custom fittings, and styling adjustments to meet client needs.
2. Collaborate closely with sales and client service teams to provide personalized and attentive tailoring services.
3. Interpret, construct, replicate, and deconstruct intricate garments with precision, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.
4. Maintain and transmit the brand’s unique heritage and commitment to quality through your work.
5. Ensure all garments meet luxury standards in fit, finish, and presentation before returning to the client.

1. Extensive experience in ready-to-wear tailoring, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

1. Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship with a deep understanding of garment construction.
2. Ability to understand and execute complex tailoring requests, adapting garments to the client’s specifications and vision.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams professionally and courteously.
4. Commercial acumen to support the sales team in achieving their sales targets.
5. Proactive, creative, and committed to delivering excellence in every task.

Extensive experience in ready-to-wear tailoring, including outerwear, suits, dresses, and knitwear, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
