1. Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and McQueen's history and heritage.
2. Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches and the use of CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
4. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
5. Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
6. Foster open communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions.
7. Maintain a continual learning mindset by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
8. Ensure shop floor standards and appropriate product levels are maintained in line with company policies and procedures.

11. Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures.
12. Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
13. Support managers in team development through mentoring and buddying activities.
14. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company policies and provide support to other client advisors as needed.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Team-player mentality.
