1. Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing extensive knowledge of products and the brand's heritage.
2. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury products.
3. Promote open and constructive communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions.
4. Contribute to the visual merchandising of products according to brand standards.
5. Ensure the store's operational maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
6. Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
7. Strive to exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's success.
8. Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
9. Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools.

12. Handle products with care and respect.
13. Comply with company procedures regarding operations, stock management, cash activities, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
