1. Deliver an exceptional client experience by welcoming, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing extensive product knowledge and understanding of McQueen's heritage.
2. Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
3. Cultivate and enhance client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools, to foster client loyalty.
4. Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
5. Engage with clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury products.
6. Strive to exceed individual financial targets and enhance personal sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
7. Promote open and constructive communication with team members, fostering a collaborative environment and proposing solutions when necessary.
8. Maintain a continuous learning mindset by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
9. Ensure shop floor standards and appropriate product levels are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
10. Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
11. Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activities, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related fields.
2. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual and store KPIs.

Previous experience in fashion retail or a customer service-related role is required.
