1. Coordinate seasonal launches for retail and wholesale in alignment with the global marketing plan and regional product availability.
2. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Credit departments to achieve monthly invoicing targets (OTIF).
3. Maximize regional turnover through in-season replenishment and commercial action plans.
4. Maintain and update the customer database, including contacts and incoterms, and manage new account creation requests.
5. Evaluate customer ratings based on fall-out rates and credit management, proposing action plans as necessary.
6. Assist in implementing the automatic replenishment program (NOOS - Never Out of Stock).
7. Develop tools to stimulate reorders and manage the EMEA wholesale distribution network.
8. Coordinate logistics and supply chains with key partners and department stores.
9. Attend customer meetings to provide live updates on replenishment inventory and business development.
10. Oversee bi-weekly replenishment and target stock levels by SKU for EMEA retail stores, coordinating new store launches.
11. Support wholesale and retail projects from a sales administration, logistics, and inventory perspective.
12. Monitor top sellers' availability in EMEA distribution centers and coordinate rebalancing with other regional centers.
13. Provide monthly regional stock reports to plan off-price activities and liquidation opportunities.
14. Coordinate annual physical stock takings at distribution centers and stores according to Finance and HQ guidelines.
15. Assist Customer Service in achieving monthly invoicing targets and resolving local issues.
16. Enhance customer satisfaction in EMEA through local knowledge and strategic project support.
17. Coordinate with Credit Management to facilitate shipping post-payment and resolve credit issues.
18. Analyze sell-out information to customize reorder proposals and provide ad-hoc reports to the Sales Team and customers.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience or internship in Supply Chain or Sales Administration.
2. Understanding of warehouse systems, credit control, and logistics.
3. Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in French or German is advantageous.

1. Customer- and result-oriented with strong analytical skills.
2. Excellent coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure with shifting priorities.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Experience with ERPs (AX, SAP) is a plus.
6. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Sales Administration.
