1. Coordinate seasonal launches for retail and wholesale in alignment with the global marketing plan and regional product availability.
2. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Credit departments to achieve monthly invoicing targets (OTIF).
3. Maximize regional turnover through in-season replenishment and commercial action plans.
4. Maintain and update the customer database, including contacts and incoterms, and follow up on new account creation requests.
5. Evaluate customer ratings based on fall out rate and credit management, and propose action plans.
6. Assist the sales team with the implementation of the automatic replenishment program (NOOS - Never Out of Stock).
7. Develop tools to stimulate reorders and manage the EMEA wholesale distribution network.
8. Coordinate logistics and supply chains with key partners and department stores.
9. Attend customer meetings to provide visibility on replenishment inventory and business development.
10. Oversee bi-weekly replenishment and target stock levels by SKU for EMEA retail stores and coordinate new store launches.
11. Support wholesale and retail projects from a sales administration, logistics, and inventory perspective.
12. Monitor top sellers' availability in EMEA distribution centers and coordinate rebalancing with other regional centers.
13. Provide monthly regional stock reports to plan off-price activities and liquidation opportunities.
14. Coordinate yearly physical stock takings at distribution centers and stores according to Finance/HQ guidelines.
15. Assist Customer Service in achieving monthly invoicing targets and resolving local issues.
16. Provide local insights to enhance customer satisfaction in EMEA.
17. Coordinate with Credit Management to expedite shipping post-payment and resolve credit issues.
18. Analyze sell-out information to customize reorder proposals and provide ad-hoc reports to the sales team and customers.

1. Experience or internship in supply chain or sales administration.
2. Understanding of warehouse systems, credit control, and logistics.
3. Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in French or German is advantageous.
