1. Act as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for the brand among team members and customers.
2. Maintain and enhance visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand image.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service standards to provide an outstanding client journey.
4. Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
5. Process sales transactions confidently and professionally, while gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
6. Lead the team through briefings, objective setting, and training sessions to foster a motivated and efficient team environment.
7. Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring operational excellence.
8. Evaluate and provide feedback on the performance of sales associates to achieve desired results.
9. Manage stock control and back-office operations effectively.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets with a focus on client satisfaction.
4. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs brand ambassador.
5. Understanding of retail KPIs.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. In-depth product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a luxury, high fashion sales environment is required.
