1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs among team members and customers.
2. Maintain and enhance visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's image.
3. Ensure superior customer service to enhance the client journey.
4. Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
5. Process sales confidently and professionally, while gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
6. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines to drive product knowledge.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, supporting stock control and management.
8. Lead and motivate the team through briefings, objective setting, and coaching.
9. Ensure compliance with operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, and product returns.
10. Evaluate Sales Associate performance and provide feedback to ensure results.
11. Oversee day-to-day business and administrative needs.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
5. Understanding of retail KPIs.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
