- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
- Embody and represent the brand image to customers and the store team, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome clients, ensuring a comfortable environment, and educate them about the brand.
- Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
- Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines through research.

- Support stock control and management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client experience.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
