1. Participate in the validation of closing operations and review of French Holding subsidiaries' financial statements.
2. Prepare and engage in discussions with the French tax authorities during audits and interactions with the DGE and the Business Partnership Service. Manage tax litigation processes.
3. Provide counsel and assistance on daily tax matters for French holdings, including direct and indirect taxation, real estate companies, and peripheral operational entities such as hospitality, foundations, and associations.
4. Assist the Legal, Real Estate, and M&A departments with restructuring, acquisitions, and sponsorship activities.
5. Monitor the implementation of management fee policies and executive compensation.

1. University degree in Law and/or Business School (equivalent to a Master's degree), specializing in Tax Law.
2. Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a Big 4 firm or within the tax department of an international group.
3. Proficient in French and international taxation.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Attention to detail and responsiveness.
3. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills for daily collaboration and interaction with team members.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Big 4 firm or within the tax department of an international group is required.

Master's degree in Law or Business, specializing in Tax Law.
