1. Serve as a strategic business partner, providing financial oversight and operational support to the Nuti Group entity in alignment with MDA guidelines.
2. Review and harmonize costing methods, stock valuation, and controlling methodologies across different legal entities.
3. Standardize industrial variances, monitor action plans, and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
4. Coordinate comprehensive reporting activities, focusing on revenue, costs, and key operational indicators.
5. Lead and execute the consolidation process during financial closings, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
6. Collaborate with the Accounting Manager for timely and efficient financial consolidation.
7. Participate in monthly and annual closing operations and optimize the production of financial reports.
8. Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support decision-making.
9. Monitor cash flow and Capex trends, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
10. Support accounting departments during external audit activities.
11. Participate in budget processes and develop robust multi-year business plans.
12. Integrate eco-transformation decisions into financial projections.
13. Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and drive productivity projects.
14. Enhance decision-making tools using BI tools and support IT environment standardization.

1. Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including in a manufacturing environment, ideally with auditing experience.
3. Deep understanding of BOM, routing, and standard costing methodologies.
4. Extensive experience in financial data manipulation and information systems.

1. Advanced Excel skills.
2. Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial insights.
3. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in manufacturing environments and possess auditing experience.

Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
