- Conduct induction training for newcomers to ensure comprehensive understanding of products, services, and sales techniques.
- Facilitate 'Train the Trainer' sessions for Field Supervisors to enable them to deliver effective field induction and coaching.
- Collaborate with Field Supervisors on training for new product launches and services, ensuring staff are well-versed in novelties.
- Organize and execute training programs such as the Benefit Annual Convention and Brow Guru, including certification processes.
- Provide in-store coaching and training based on identified needs and requests from the Training Manager and Sales Team.
- Conduct store visits with Field Supervisors to review educational practices, ensure adherence to Benefit guidelines, and identify training needs.
- Ensure access to physical and digital educational tools and track participation in e-learning modules.
- Support retailer staff training for local markets and travel retail, including induction for store openings and new staff.
- Manage allocated budget for training sessions, tools, and travel expenses.
- Attend European training meetings, local meetings, and external events as necessary.
- Perform various administrative tasks related to training sessions.
- Minimum of 3 years of field experience in the beauty industry.
- Proven ability to coach and educate teams effectively.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Experience in education preferred.
- Makeup and aesthetics licenses or certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on sales.
- Inspirational adherence to the Benefit brand DNA.
- Creativity, flexibility, and dynamism.
- Specialized knowledge in makeup products, brow waxing, tinting, and makeup application.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Minimum 3 years of field experience in the beauty industry.
