1. Coordinate the ordering of samples, TOAs, gratis, comps, and product testers using the AX system, ensuring timely tracking and updates on shipments to the field and retailers.
2. Manage paid sampling projects, liaising with retailers, account managers, and third-party vendors, while ensuring accurate invoicing with the Finance department.
3. Analyze internal processes and order patterns to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
4. Oversee and maintain effective communication with field teams and retailers.
5. Set up new items and update pricing in retailer systems.
6. Perform various administrative tasks, including new door setup, shipment coordination, and maintaining the store directory.

1. Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
2. Proficient in written and verbal communication.
3. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Entry-level experience in administrative roles, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

The target salary range for this position in California is $26.45-$33.65 per hour, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
